Return & Refund Policy
At Kriz, we take great pride in our handcrafted jewelry and textiles. Each item is checked for quality before dispatch. However, we understand that issues can sometimes occur.
1. 7-Day Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return for your item.
2. Eligibility for Returns (Defective Items Only)
To maintain high hygiene and quality standards, we only accept returns if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Video Proof Required: To process a return, a clear unboxing video is mandatory. The video must show the parcel being opened for the first time and clearly highlight the defect.

3. Conditions for Return
The item must be in its original condition (unused and unworn).
It must include all original packaging, tags, and authenticity cards (for silver jewelry).
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
As we provide Free Delivery on all initial orders, the cost of return shipping will be borne by the buyer.
You must ship the product back to our Jaipur studio using a reliable courier service with a tracking ID.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 48 hours of the item reaching us.
The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank/UPI).
6. Non-Returnable Items
Items damaged due to improper use or handling by the customer.
Custom-made or personalized orders.
Sale/Discounted items (unless they are defective).
